Terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all terms described below.
CLIENT
◆ My commissioned work is for personal usage only unless otherwise agreed.
◆ You may cancel an order for any reason, however, I do not guarantee a full refund.
◆ You are not allowed to redistribute my work. NFT usage is forbidden.
◆ You may post my work on external sites only if it is visibly credited to me.
◆ You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.
◆ You are not allowed to remove my signature, trace over the artwork or modify my work in any way.ARTIST
◆ I may decline any commission for any reason.
◆ In some cases, I may cancel a project in progress, in which case you will be provided with a full refund.
◆ I retain all copyright over my work.
◆ Unless agreed otherwise, I reserve the right to redistribute the artwork and use it as sample or for self-promotion purposes as it is my intellectual property.
◆ I will not claim the rights to a character's design unless it is my own. Proper credit will be given to you for the design whenever I publicly post the artwork.COMMISSION WORK PROCESS
◆ I will work on the orders randomly unless otherwise agreed.
◆ If you wish to set a deadline or prioritize your commission, it must be inclined during the ordering process. A fee may be charged if I deem it necessary.
◆ I will inform you once I start working on your piece.
◆ You have the right to ask to see my process. A sketch will be sent for your approval regardless.
◆ You may ask for major or minor changes to the artwork as long as it does not exceed the sketch stage. After the sketch is approved by you, only requests for minor adjustments will be accepted.
◆ It may take up to four weeks before I begin work on your project.
◆ Commission completion might take between one to two weeks from the moment I inform you I have started working, however that may be subject to change due to personal reasons. Please be patient in such cases.
◆ A completed full resolution image after your approval will be sent via Discord or Google Drive. The file will be available for a finite time.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
◆ I will only accept payment in USD or EUR via PayPal.
◆ You may pay in full upfront or split your payment into two instalments. In such case, it is expected you provide 50% of the payment upfront and remaining 50% after sketch approval. An invoice will be provided.
◆ You are expected to complete the payment in 48 hours after I request it. Otherwise your order will be cancelled or I will not proceed with your project.
◆ 100% refund is only possible if I have not yet started your commission. If the project has not exceeded sketch stage, a 75% refund is possible. Otherwise, refund requests will not be considered.
◆ If I cancel the project, you will be provided with a full refund.
◆ I am not responsible for any mistakes on your part over the course of transaction.
